Today is my big debut!!! The first seconds of my 15 minutes of fame!!!
The News & Observer is soft-launching a web page for Moms. The News & Observer is the regional newspaper, serving Raleigh, Durham, Cary and Chapel Hill (lest you think I'm all excited about writing in my neighborhood newspaper or something.) The real launch will take place around Mother's Day. I have been selected as a regular contributor and will be the featured blogger each Saturday. Six other Moms in various stages of motherhood will round out the week.
The title of my blog on TriangleMom2Mom is going to be Di Another Day, which complements Live and Let Di nicely.
The purpose of the soft-launch, or beta test if you will (I just think it sounds SO cool to be a beta-tester), is to work out the kinks. The site will be up for people to stumble upon, but will not be publicized until mid-May. So if you visit and experience any glitches, please let me know and I will pass your feedback along.
If you are a Mom, in any stage of motherhood, feedback about content is also appreciated. In the early goings, I gave the feedback that it felt too new-Mom centered and they made some really great changes that will make veteran Moms feel more at home.

Congratulations! This is going to be fun. They did an awesome job of the site. By the way, "In An Instant" is one great book. :)
