Just when you thought something couldn't be improved upon, look what they come out with:
Is this brilliant or what???? Brown sugar prepackaged in one cup increments. Only need a half-cup? No problem. Just cut it down the middle. Or double the recipe so you don't have to bother with that.
I made this using the clever little package of light brown sugar:

Bourbon Pecan Tart with Chocolate Drizzle...from Cooking Light. Light? Ha. Molasses, brown sugar and corn syrup...I'm still trying to figure out how it's light.
